Often installed in concrete foundations, or bridge piers, embedded rebar is a key component in the construction industry that connects rebar to concrete. Many industrial projects use embedded rebar, such as chemical plants, power plants, refineries, solar power plants, food processing plants, and mining plants all use embedded rebar as part of their foundation. These steels are also used in automotive, semiconductor and battery plants.

 

Pre Engineered Steel Embeds Stud is shear stud, they are anchors in the concrete that are used to transmit structural loads by tension, shear or a combination of both. Steel inserts are usually use 1/2inch and 3/4inch shear studs primarily used to connect structural steel frames, facade and curtain wall systems, elevator rails, and steel or precast stairs. At the prefabrication site, anchor bolt inserts are installed in steel columns, steel beams, double tees and other miscellaneous items. When studs are welded to the inside of angles, they are called curb anchors bolt and are used to reinforce the exposed edges of concrete, and are therefore heavily used in pier-type structures. A variety of prefabricated steel inserts are available for use in tilt-up concrete structures and tilt-up wall panels, which we can provide for you.
